Hello and welcome to Vivian Vo productions! Thank you so much for taking the very first steps in allowing us to start bringing your vision to life through our creative process. What makes Vivian Vo productions different from other photographers you ask?? That is simple! Our fashion styling, modeling and fashion background is what allows our vision to translate so magically through the lens and into your pictures. It's not just the outcome of stunning photography but the experience and our storytelling capabilities. We like to create stories through wardrobe, colors, and capturing those candid, raw moments that you can keep and cherish for years to come. We cannot wait to meet with you to start this photo shoot.

Prep Checklist

We are thrilled to work with you on our upcoming photoshoot! Preparation is key to ensuring a photoshoot runs smoothly and on schedule. Below is a checklist in preparation for your session.
Hair & Makeup - Come with hair and makeup done for the first look, unless you are having your hair/makeup done professionally by one of our artists. Please bring the necessary makeup and hair products to touch-up as needed during your session. If you are having professional hair/makeup please come with hair washed and dried. We recommend to wash hair the night before. Face must be clean with no makeup and moisturized with no SPF. Please provide us with any makeup/hair product allergies you may have. You should also provide us photos of any inspiration you make like prior so that our artists can prep their kits with the appropriate color palettes to achieve the desired look. Wardrobe - should be steamed and pressed. It is recommended to carry in a garment bag to avoid creating wrinkles.
Nails - We recommend manicured nails as they will show in your images. So make sure you groom accordingly to match your outfits!
Facial & Body Hair - Please make sure facial hair is groomed accordingly. Body hair that should not be visible for female models, please take into consideration based on the outfits you will be wearing for your session. The same concept applies to males and non-binaries. Be mindful of any deodorants that stain or leave a residue as you don’t want that to show up in your photos!
Hydration - It is important to keep your skin hydrated and this applies to your body! We tend to forget that our elbows and knees in particular need extra love as they tend to be more dry than the rest of our bodies. Please apply a non-greasy lotion all over your body (or areas that will be seen) so it looks healthy in your photos. If you are someone who has oily skin, we highly recommend that you bring rice paper, oil-blotting papers or powder to touch-up if you are you doing your own makeup.
Undergarments - should be nude or appropriate for the particular look you are going for. We wouldn’t want it to be peeking through or out of the clothing!
Additional Items - Feel free to bring any additional items, such as accessories and personal props. Please also bring any imagery that you would like to use as inspiration for your shoot if you did not already send to us!

Depending on your package, most start at three and up. Vivian’s technique and experience allows her to quickly assess her subject’s best angles, most suitable lighting style, and the right frame to execute the shared vision. You can additional background colors for your session, but will be charged a $25 pulling fee per color. We do not recommend having more than 2 different background colors for a 60-90 minute session, as you want to make sure you have enough time to change into multiple looks and have enough shooting time. For sessions that are 2 hours, 3 different color backgrounds is feasible.

We highly recommend notifying our team prior to your session so that we can be sure to accommodate any additional time desired as there is the possibility of a booking after your scheduled time. Please click here to see our pricing for additional time.

It is the client's responsibility to select their photos with the exception for our model and actor clients.

Please allow an average of 7-10 working business days to view proofs. If your package includes all your images from your session you will be able to download your gallery at this time. All packages that come with edits take 10-14 business days upon selection and turnaround is subject to change based on seasonal volume.

Yes! We understand that for some of our clients time is of the essence and offer expedited options. Please contact us for more information as pricing is based on current volume.

Yes, we digitally back up all of our client images in a private online gallery. We maintain that gallery for 18 months before we remove it from our website. You also have the option to purchasing your entire digital session. Please click here for our current price list.
